Annotation:

The article described the main indicators of the quality of drinking milk, color, taste, smell, consistence, density, mass fraction of fat, acidity and indicators of honesty of producers - the presence of ammonia, soda. The results of the evaluation of the quality of drinking milk of domestic producers organoleptic and physicochemical parameters.
