By gas chromatography-mass spectrometry determined component composition isopropanol extract of hops aromatic and bitter varieties. It is found that the extract of hops “Aromatic” prevail polyphenolic compounds (kaempferol, quercetin, thymol, carvacrol, vanillin), and phenol-carboxylic acid), and the extract of bitter varieties – α and β – acids and terpene compounds. The conclusion about the possibility of using the extract to create products with high biological value.
