MODULAR MODELING OF WHEELS’ PROFILES, STOCK REMOVAL AND FORMATION WITH BILATERAL GRINDING OF ENDS OF NON-CIRCULAR DETAILS

Annotation:

Urgency of the research. Developmen trequires the user of engineering models that describe the instrumental surface, removal allowance and processes forming parts.

Target setting. Developing new modular three-dimensional geometric models of tools, processes, removal allowance and will describe the process of forming bilateral mechanical polishing the ends of parts with noncircular profile profiled grinding wheel. This will facilitate the development of new technologies and highly efficient methods of grinding.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. In recent publications The process of bilateral machining parts, but not considered a modular three-dimensional modeling of parts with noncircular profile.

Uninvestigatigated parts of general matters defining. The lack of three-dimensional models of modular tools, processes stock removal and forming non-circular end surfaces of parts to bilateral end grinding machines.

The research objective. The article is to create models of modular tools, processes, removal allowance and end surfaces forming machined parts with noncircular profile oriented profiled grinding wheel.

The statement of basic materials. In the treatment of parts on bilateral end grinding machines, for high precision and productivity, it is necessary to use a profiled tools that ruled before processing. Grinding wheels are made up of rough and calibrating sections, which the right diamond pencils separately. The structure of the forming system of bilateral end grinding machine. Three-dimensional models of the tool surface and end surfaces forming non-circular parts.

Conclusions. Presented modular three-dimensional modeling tools and forming end surfaces of parts with noncircular profile oriented profiled grinding wheel.
