Urgency of the research. In the current economic conditions of agricultural producers, which are characterized by a considerable intensification of resources and their environmental impact, increase in information resources required to find new methods of management and implementation of new information technology.

Targetsetting. One of the negative impact of natural and anthropogenic factors is the use of automated systems in the management of soil through the creation of adequate information technology.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysisManaging fertility viewed by: Belchenko V.M., Durmanov D.M., Karmanov I.I., Svetov V.A.,Sisov L.I. etc.

Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. To solve the problemof non-qualitative assessment of the real state of soils, needs to introduce new information technologies, based on current data on the state of soil.

Theresearchobjective.Conducting scientific and historical analysis of formation and development of information technology modeling and forecasting of soil.

The statement of basic materials. In the article conductedthe retrospective analysis methodology of mathematical modeling in soil processes. Contained historical and contemporary overview of recent advances in mathematical modeling of soil processes. The focus is on existing conceptual models and interpretation of simulation results at this stage the use of information technology.

ConclusionsThe use ofInformation technology of modeling and prediction of soil fertility has a great scientific and practical significance for their management, use of fertilizers, reclamation, mechanization of production processes in agriculture.
