Анотація

У статті розкрито сутність восьми принципів управління земельними ресурсами – відстежуваність, стійкість, впізнаваність, відкритість, відновлюваність, авторитетність, рефлексивність, надійність, які позиціонуються як операційна та аналітична основи для відповідального землекористування на основі концепції життєво орієнтованого управління. Кожен з принципів має системи оцінювання, щодо відповідності рішення заявленій меті та врахування нагальних потреб територіальної громади. У роботі визначено напрями та завдання подальших досліджень для впровадження підходів відповідального землекористування.
